Our story began at the Premeca Shipyard, a fully integrated industrial facility on the eastern shore of Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela. Founded in 1958, that operation began building metal and mechanical systems for the local oil and gas industry, and in 1988 began focusing exclusively on building equipment, structures and vessels for the offshore oil and gas industry. All that history, knowledge, expertise, trained personnel and engineering experience remain intact today to serve our customers.
